1. These parts of the shoes, including the surface cloth, lining, lining if a piece of cutting is very troublesome ~ ~ For this reason, we can cut all the required layers into a large piece of ironing bonded together before cutting. The soles are relatively thick, so we separate them into separate pieces, which are slightly longer than the length of the soles and twice the width of the soles. The rest of the upper and the upper are the same material, the total material used for 2 uppers + 2 uppers is about 22cm wide x 25cm long, which is enough for even the biggest size 12.

Then look at the materials used in the sole, from bottom to top is a layer of non-slip point plastic cloth, hard lining, auxiliary cotton and table cloth, they are the same size, in order to facilitate the production, you can cut a few pieces of double-sided hot melt adhesive to glue them to each other. Ironing method is, point plastic cloth laid on the bottom, and then on top of the hard lining iron bonding; and then in the hard lining + double-sided adhesive + auxiliary cotton + double-sided adhesive + table cloth, iron open steam pressure on the table cloth above all layers of bonding.

Upper and upper materials from inside to outside are a layer of lining, a layer of cloth lining (or auxiliary cotton), a layer of table cloth, they also need to use double-sided hot melt adhesive to bond each other.

2. Draw an outline line on the ironed and glued together soles with a paper pattern and make a marking point, taking care that the two soles are placed in a mirror image.

3. Draw the outline lines of the two uppers and two vamps on another piece of glued fabric as shown in the layout below.

4. Cut off all parts along the inside of the contour line.

5. Sew the Velcro on the upper and laces, pay attention to the hairy side of the Velcro on this side of the laces, so that it will not hook the baby's socks ~~ at the same time the idea of sewing one side of the table cloth on the other side of the cloth sewn on the lining of the Oh ~~ the usual Velcro will be wider than the shoelaces, so we can put the Velcro pads in the bottom of the laces along the edge of the sparse sewing, and then along the edges of the laces to trim the Velcro →

6. Roll the edges of the vamp and upper in the positions shown in the figure below. The piping should not be too wide, just 0.5 cm wide. So the piping strip is only 2 centimeters wide. The method of piping you can choose freely, how to get how to do it ~~~

7. Fold and sew the straps on the vamp inside out. Sew the vamp and upper to the sole. There are two marks on the front of the sole, so sew the front of the vamp to each mark, and the upper to the vamp. Make sure the laces are fastened from the inside out, so don't reverse the position.

8. Finally, the edges of the soles are piped, the soles are thicker, so the piping strips need to be cut to about 2.5 centimeters in order to be sufficient.
