Triangle bag - little fabric, lots of storage space. This bag is really a blast! You need little fabric, the sewing pattern consists of a simple rectangle and the beautiful thing can be sewn in just 30 minutes. The size is variable and so you can choose between thick sauna bags, casual shopping bags or everyday knick-knacks bags. The folding of the fabric is reminiscent of the Japanese folding art Furoshiki, which works exclusively by knot tactics and without seams. The pattern consists of a rectangle, with the long sides being three times as long as the short sides. I have chosen 40cm x 120 cm.
1.+2. It's all about folding!
3. So the bag is folded at the end. On the front and back there is a seam, which turns the fabric into a bag. 4. But first you clean the sides with a lockstitch.
5. Now you sew the sides together at an angle with a lockstitch (see 3.). If you like, you can still sew them with a zigzag stitch. 6. Then you clean the remaining two pages.
7. Turn over the corners of the pocket tips. 8. Use a leather needle and sew on the handle.
