How To Sew A Tissue Holder

How to Sew a Fabric Pocket Tissue Holder. Free Sewing Tutorial.

Cut fabric to size:

1 x 10cm x 15cm
2 times 5cm x 15 cm

(alternatively you can also cut 2 times 10x15cm)

2 times approx. 15 cm bias tape (or two fabric strips 4x15cm, which you iron like bias tape)

Lay the long sides right sides together and stitch in place.
Fold over and iron out the seams.

If you have two identical pieces of fabric (10x15 cm)
also stitch the long sides together. Fold in the middle
so that both seams are on top of each other and cut open one layer of fabric.

On the open long sides
sew on the woven ribbon.

Fold everything right sides together again.

Topstitch the short sides.
Cut away the corners (do not cut into the seam, of course...)

Finish all seams with a zig-zag stitch.

Turn inside out.

DONE!
